الملفات مجربة وتعمل عند كل المهندسين بدون مشاكل المشكلة في الغالب عندك أخي تأكد من أنك وضعت كلمة المرور كما هي مرسلة و جرب تفعيل أو تحديث أو تغيير برنامج فك الضغط بالاضافة الى تعريف اللغة العربية لنسخة الويندوز الخاصة بك
